Beim Schlendern durch die Stadt hat es mich neulich mal wieder in die CWC Gallery verschlagen. Ich liebe die Ruhe dort und das Auftanken vom Lärm der Großstadt. Was ich dieses Mal dort entdeckt habe - die großformatigen Bilder der Serie "Sticking to my Guns" vom schwedischen Künstler Jacob Felländer -  das hat mich schwer beeindruckt. Auf mich hat das alles wie ein düsterer, surrealer Endzeit-Traum gewirkt oder wie eine apokalyptische Version von Metropolis. Und jetzt kommt's - Jacob Felländer arbeitet analog, das hatte ich in Anbetracht der Bilder nicht erwartet. Mein Ausflug in die CWC Gallery hatte sich damit wieder einmal mehr als gelohnt. I was strolling through the city lately and went to one of my favourite galleries, the CWC Gallery, again. I love to take a break there from the big city life. What I discovered this time really made an impression on me - the series "Sticking to my Guns" from the swedish artist Jacob Felländer. I found myself in a very surreal endzeit-dream, in an apocalyptic version of Metropolis. And what I didn't expected - the artist works analogue. Once more I can say my visit to the CWC Gallery really paid off. Taking a break from the big city life: mission completed. Do you like the works of Jacob Felländer?
